The purpose of the Eden Prairie High School wrestling program is to create an environment that empowers student-athletes to develop into leaders for high school and beyond. Our Coaches work year round to develop young men of character and hard work, who can fight to win state championships and move on to the next level whether it be NCAA Div. I, II, III…or wherever his or her plan is in life to carry them.

Registration begins in late October with opening day of wrestling in late November.  High School students should REGISTER through Student Activities.

Captains practices occur during the two weeks prior to the first day and provide peer organized work-outs to prepare for the start of the wrestling season.

Practices are held daily (except competition days) in the EPHS wrestling room from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. beginning mid-November and ending mid-February.
